General Statement of Principles

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. As described in detail below, any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason - period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

Your Consent

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Surfaces Southeast, Inc. If we opt to alter our privacy policy, we will post such changes on our privacy related page.

Statistical Data

Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order and help provide service to our customers. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at store@surfaces.net with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.

Information Correction or Removal

Shipping Policy

Any order lighter than 150 pounds and/or smaller than 18 x 18 x 18 is shipped to the entire country (United States of America) via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground services. For orders bigger than these limits please send an email to store@surfaces.net

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays), or on the next business day. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Return Policy

You have 10 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.

We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.

No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted. Please contact us at store@surfaces.net Prior To Returning Any Items for an authorization number.
